1. Digital Product Policy (Final Sale)

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales made on Softloopa are final and non-refundable. Once you have gained access to the digital files or Canva templates, the service is considered fully delivered.

2. Why no refunds?

Unlike physical goods, digital assets cannot be “returned.” Once a link is shared or a file is downloaded, it remains in the buyer’s possession forever. This policy is in place to protect our intellectual property and the hard work put into our designs.

3. Exceptional Cases

We only consider refunds in the following rare circumstances:

• Double Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same product twice.
• Technical Defect: If the file is corrupted or the link is broken, and our support team is unable to fix it within 3 business days.
